DABOTI PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Kokybiškai ir laiku MB (hereinafter referred to as ‘Daboti‘) is the controller of personal data processed at this entity and is responsible for ensuring that personal data are processed according to the personal data protection requirements applied to data controllers.
SCOPE OF THE DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This data protection policy (the ‘Policy’) establishes the purposes of personal data processing by Daboti and the lawfulness of such processing, the types, origin and term of storage of personal data, the purposes of provision of personal data, the procedure for exercise of data subjects’ rights, and recipients of the data. The Policy shall apply to all personal data that you provide to us and all personal data that Daboti receives from other sources. The Policy does not constitute a contract and does not create rights and obligations for the parties other than those provided for in legal acts governing personal data protection.

Daboti operates an online store at www.daboti.lt (Daboti.lt). On this online store, we sell goods to you and offer the goods delivery service.
CASES WHEN YOUR DATA ARE COLLECTED
We collect your personal data in the following cases:
- When you buy or order goods from us;
- When you use Daboti.lt website;
- When you approach us by sending an application or enquiry;
- When you contact us on social networks.
TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED
If you order goods on our online store, we request that you provide accurate information necessary for the execution of your order. When we receive personal data from you, we use them for the purposes specified at receipt of the data or for the purposes that are obvious considering the data collection context, e. g. placing of an order for goods or ordering the goods delivery service.
In the provision of our services to the clients, we may collect personal data such as:
- Contact details such as first name, surname, email address, address of place of residence, address of delivery, postal code, telephone number;
- Communication preferences, e. g. what newsletters you wish to receive from us.

We do not collect any special personal data. Special personal data include data related to racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of trade unions, health or sexual life.
If you provide to us personal data on other individuals such as data on your employees, you must obtain their consent prior to transferring such data to us.
We store personal data on our clients for the purpose of administration of the goods’ sale and delivery for 10 (ten) years after execution of your last order to Daboti, plus the period until next 31st of January, unless a longer term of data retention is set in the laws and/or other legal acts.
COLLECTION OF CONTACT DETAILS FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES
In order to present news to you as well as other information on Daboti’s services, offers, events etc., we process your personal data (first name, surname, email address) for direct marketing purposes.
Daboti processes your contact details on the grounds of a legitimate interest and/or your consent. We process such personal data if, at conclusion of a contract with Daboti, you have explicitly expressed your consent to receipt of direct marketing messages or have opted to receive newsletters on our website.
Each time when a direct marketing message is sent, you will be afforded an opportunity to unsubscribe from such messages by informing this via email or by other methods specified in this Privacy Policy.
Subject to your consent, Daboti will store your personal data for 5 (five) years after receipt of your consent plus the period until next 31st of January. If Daboti processes your personal data for direct marketing purposes on the ground of a legitimate interest, your personal data shall be stored during the term of validity of a contract for the provision of paid services.
PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED IN A COMPLAINT OR ENQUIRY
Daboti processes personal data that are provided in a person’s complaint or enquiry. Such personal data are processed for the purposes of administration of complaints and enquiries.
USE OF COOKIES
Daboti processes IP addresses of visitors to Daboti.lt website as well as data on visits. After you visit Daboti.lt website, we collect, subject to your consent, data on your actions on our website. For more information about this type of data processing, please see our Cookies Policy.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We can disclose your personal data (i) if this is required by law or by any regulation, order, standard or any other lawful legal requirement; (ii) when replying to official enquiries or requests received from the authorities; (iii) if we consider the disclosure necessary to prevent financial or other damage; (iv) for the purposes of investigation into unlawful activity; or (v) in the event of transfer of our business, in full or in part.
A disclose may also be required during an audit of Daboti or for an investigation based on a complaint or investigation into a security threat.

Security of your personal data is of utmost importance for us; therefore, we have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, modification and destruction. Only duly authorised persons have access to your personal data, and these persons are duly informed about the protection of personal data. Our service providers and business partners have undertaken to maintain confidentiality of personal data and not to use such information for purposes other than the agreed purposes.
